Airship needed to expand its commercial presence in Europe, firstly hiring heavy hitting enterprise salespeople and then finding world-class client managers to look after the top tier customers.
Previously hiring processes had been long and time consuming, the brief was to increase volume of high quality candidates, while accelerating time-to-hire.
