The Brief
1. To build out Funnel’s commercial team in Stockholm, seeking to hire Board, VP and individual contributor level roles.
2. Open a new territory (the UK) and hire the first people on the ground.
Funnel needed a talent partner with local market knowledge and an established network in both the UK and Stockholm. The main focus being increasing volume of high-quality candidates, while accelerating time-to-hire.
The Solution
We worked in partnership with Funnel, implementing our Campaign Hiring Solution, enabling us to dedicate the required resource to hire the very best talent in the market, at speed and at scale.
We were looking to hire 9 people within a short period of time. We knew this would be a challenging task, requiring lots of work. We reached out to 2B for help. Taking a retained approach, we were able to complete the project, ahead of schedule. The collaboration was cost-effective and the results surpassed our expectations.
