The Brief
1. To build out Funnel’s commercial team in Stockholm, seeking to hire Board, VP and individual contributor level roles.
2. Open a new territory (the UK) and hire the first people on the ground.
Funnel needed a talent partner with local market knowledge and an established network in both the UK and Stockholm. The main focus being increasing volume of high-quality candidates, while accelerating time-to-hire.

We were looking to hire 9 people within a short period of time. We knew this would be a challenging task, requiring lots of work. We reached out to 2B for help.
